Christmas

YAY CHRISTMAS!!!
We started Christmas a little early by letting Jacob Link open his present from his Grandma Marjean. He did a great job ripping that paper. Much better than we thought he would. He spent part of the time testing out how the paper tasted just in case it was edible. He recieved a cute little car that he enjoys playing with.We also opened the gifts she sent us early because she said we could:)
Oh this was a long holiday. We headed out for Billings on Monday evening (late evening). We drove all the way to Bozeman and were far to tired to continue on, thus we stayed the morning in a hotel to catch up on some well needed sleep. Thank goodness Jacob was cooperative and slept longer than usual. We then left Bozeman Tuesday afternoon. We were blessed to have much better roads than Thanksgiving.
Arrived in Billings and were put to work warpping presents for my mom. I don't mean one or two straggling last minute presents, but the entire batch of presents. You'll see a picture of her tree and then you will understand;) Spent two days helping my mom. Wednesday evening the girls had a manicure/pedicure night so that we would feel beautiful for Thusday family photos. We had a lot of fun gabbing away.
Thrusday family photos went extrememly well. We all had a lot of fun. There was a lot of dress changes (the men shockingly went along). The photographer was fantastic and did a wonderful job working with the babies. We weren't quite sure how he was going to be because none of us had actually met him until that day. Also my family can get a little intense, but it went pretty smoothly. If you like you can see the photos of us. There are pictures of just jake, me and Jacob and there are some individual of Jacob Link:

Christmas Eve was spent with Tom and Donetta and her side of the family. We first met Tom and Donetta in their hotel and opened presents with them. Jacob Link was spoiled with a ton of new toys from his Grandpa B and Nana B. We then went left to have dinner at Donetta's brother's house. It was a fun meeting some new people and catching up with some we met this summer. Everyone was so nice and we had a great time with everyone. After the get together we headed back to the hotel to play some Fargle (dice game). I'm not so great at that game, Jake on the other hand was doing very well that first night. We will call it beginners luck. We spent the night there with them.
I need to add Jacob L. got sick and to top it off his gums were very swollen, so it was a extremely long night for a few nights in a row. We lacked sleep that whole week. Poor little guy was miserable, but he was a pretty good sport while we were out and about.
Christmas day was short. We got up late hurried back to my mom's house. We missed breakfast, not that there wasn't any left, but it was cold. We began opening the billion presents and Jacob L. made it through one present opening before he conked out for the entire present opening session. I know how sad. We enjoyed spending some time with the family. In the evening we decided to go a movie with my sister and her husband. When we got there the movie we wanted to see was sold out and so were the other ones we thought about as plan B, C, D, etc. I was disappointed, but not enough to skip out on trying a new frozen yogurt place next to the theater. It was delicious and made up for the lack of movie watching we did. We returned to this place almost every night after this. I recommend it if you are in the area (Billings Best Yogurt - that's the name of the place).
We went to the movies the next day. We watched Narnia in 3D and we enjoyed it. We also had frozen yogurt (go figure).
This was the end of our trip. (actually it wasn't, but I am tired and the other stuff is just hanging out with more family watching Big Bang Theory)
